Co-founder, General Manager and Legal Consultant

Graduated from the Law Faculty “Iustinianus Primus” within the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” Skopje (1995-2000), got his master degree in European studies at the Athens State University in 2001.

For more than 20 years, he has been working as a legal consultant and associate of private companies, as well as on a numberous projects financed by EU, UNDP, USAID, GTZ and other international institutions and non-governmental organizations.

His specialty ranges from regulatory reforms, through the harmonization of legislation to corporate and business issues related to investing and doing business in Macedonia. He has worked with top managers and companies from Greece, the Republic of Ireland, France, Austria and the Russian Federation, and was hired as a short-term expert for EU projects in Albania and Ukraine.

As author he had participated in the drafting of several documents that were the basis for undertaking radical reforms in the Macedonian legal system, such as: the National Program for Harmonization of Legislation, the report that served as the basis for the regulatory guillotine process and assessment of the impact of legal acts, the comparative study about the functioning of the Agency for Foreign Direct Investments from the aspect of export promotion and others.

Co-founder and Legal/Project Management Consultant

Graduated from the Law Faculty ”Iustinianus Primus” within the University „Ss. Cyril and Methodius“ Skopje in 2000. Throughout his 22 years of professional career he was providing legal, analytical, project management and training services. Through the numerous short-term and long- term assignments he had on projects funded by various foreign donors (EU, USAID, EBRD, UNDP,GIZ, IFC, Open Society Institute, etc.), as well as in providing services to clients from private sector, gained and provided expertise in the following sectors: public procurement (certified trainer, consultant to many contracting authorities and economic operators) and public-private partnerships, energy (energy markets, renewable energy and energy efficiency), public administration reforms and administrative procedures (re-engineering and modernization of procedures), e-Government and е-Commerce, personal data protection, and intellectual property.

His key qualifications are: analysis and drafting of legal acts, participation in the public administration reforms oriented projects and delivery of trainings. He has been involved as a leading expert or member in numerous working groups established to draft different pieces of legislation, mostly related to transposition of EU legislation. He delivered over 120 trainings and lectures in his fields of specialty to various target groups, such as: civil servants, representatives of business community, students, and NGO activists.

In addition to North Macedonia, his work experience extends across other Western Balkan countries (Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo).

He managed several projects or project components and was president of two NGOs.

She has bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" – Skopje. She has over 10-years of experience in event management, design and production of on-site and online trainings, as well broad experience in screening and recruiting consultants and professionals including maintaining relationships with domestic key-experts in area of public administration reform (PAR), public procurement, administrative law, labour and other speciality fields. Her experience includes working with wide network of governmental institutions, civil society organization, local administration, private companies, chambers, as well building partnership with various stakeholders.

She participated in a series of projects as a junior, non-key consultant and assistant to key consultants for the preparation of horizontal and vertical functional analyses, as well as а consultant for projects for compliance of legal entities with the personal data protection regulations for clients from the private sector.

At ACT! her duties are in the area of personal data protection, functional analyses, educational events, identification of collaborators and consultants and project engagements, creation of project and other documentation, digital marketing, business development, creation and implementation of business plans and establishing business collaborations.

He graduated at the Faculty of Economics - Skopje, after which he gained his work experience in several private companies in Macedonia and Serbia, and also worked in the banking sector. He was the managing director of a former legal leading company in Macedonia, managing the its subsidiary in Serbia, as well as managing employees, sales, book publishing and the organization of events, and directly participated in the growth and development of the company.

In ACT! He is engaged as a project manager of the database of legal acts, court decisions and translations PRAKSIS. His engagement includes tasks for the complete functioning of PRAKSIS’s sales and legal team. His field of interest is sales, event management, human resource management, brand management and business planning.

He graduated at the International Slavic University "Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin" and has over 20 years of work experience in private companies in Macedonia. He was a sales manager in a former legal leading company in Macedonia, achieving successful results in sales and brand positioning in the market. His work biography also includes computer and graphic processing of publications. His field of interest are sales, brand management and graphic design.

In ACT! he is engaged as a sales manager of the database of legal acts, court decisions and translations PRAKSIS, including its promotion and presentation to existing and potential users.

She graduated at the Faculty of law "Iustinianus Primus” at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje in 2016 with a GPA of 9.88, and two years after, in 2018 she got her master's degree in Criminal Law, at the same university. During her studies she actively participated in numerous workshops, training courses, conferences, seminars, competitions, simulations from various legal fields in the country and abroad. She gained her first practical experience as an intern at the Strumica Basic Court and in a law office in Skopje, in which from 2019 to 2021 she worked both as a legal associate, and later as a lawyer.

At ACT! she works as a coordinator of the legal team responsible for maintaining the electronic database of legal acts, court decisions and translations PRAKSIS and on numerous other projects from the company's portfolio.

She got her law degree at the Faculty of law "Iustinianus Primus" at Ss. During her education she was an active member in multiple student associations, among which European Law Students Association – ELSA North Macedonia where between 2020 and 2021 she was a part of its management board. She has attended several trainings, seminars and conferences in various areas of her professional interest and was part of the Legal Clinic for vulnerable categories of people at the "Iustinianus Primus" Faculty. She has finished trainings for debate and public speaking, and she was part of competitions and simulations which were held at the faculty. She got her practical experience as a part of several non-governmental organizations, internship at attorney and internship at Criminal Court.

He has more than 31 years of experience in business environment reform, business law, management and public/private sector capacity building in Macedonia. In the past more than 28 years, he has worked in progressively senior positions on various USAID projects dealing with business, economic, energy, legal and financial issues. He has been intimately involved in the processes that have led to reforms and progressive changes in the legislative and institutional framework in Macedonia.

She has legal background and significant experience of almost 25 years of working as a lawyer on diverse legal reform efforts supported by USAID, and in the public and private sectors. In the past 9 years she has been working on projects related to energy sector reform, including development of the energy related legislation and its compliance with the EU Acquis Communautaire, financed by USAID.

is an expert with more than 35 years of experience in drafting laws in Macedonia, of these 15 years specifically related to drafting laws related to energy, mining, concessions and public service. He is long-time ACT! external associate for energy related projects.

He is a former president of the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia. Mr. Ivanovski has experience in other countries such as Nigeria (2016), Lebanon (2016), Albania (2017), Kosovo (currently) and has been working on international projects such as Eastern Europe and Central Asia, ERRA-INOGATE Project (2010-2011). He was a Chairman of the EnC Regulatory Board (ECRB) (2007-200)8 and Member of the ERRA Presidium (Energy Regulator’s Regional Association) (2007-2008). Mr. Ivanovski was engaged as a legal expert by USAID Macedonia to draft the last two North Macedonia energy laws (2011 and 2018) in accordance with the requirements of the 2nd and 3rd EU Energy legislative packages.

Currently works as a Scientific Contributor at the Research Center for Energy and Sustainable Development of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts and is a long-time ACT! external associate. He is an expert in the energy, EE, RE and climate change sectors for around 13 years. He has been participating in the implementation of more than 70 projects related to energy strategies, laws and bylaws related to EE, RE and climate change, which were funded and/or implemented renowned organizations such as: USAID, UNDP, PWC, EnC, Hrvoje Pozar, etc. He is the author or co- author of 44 papers in the field of sustainable energy development, 14 of which have been published in top world journals with an impact factor. He has featured as presenter in more than 80 workshops both in Macedonia and abroad. Aleksandar Dedinec is experienced in computer science, robotics, and automation. He holds a PhD degree from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology in Skopje (04/2018).

She has attended several trainings, seminars and conferences in various areas of her professional interest and was part of the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association within the framework of the project “Support for providing social protection for families at social risk and strengthening cooperation between social workers and local non-governmental organizations”. She got her practical experience as a part of several non-governmental organizations and internship at attorney starting from the 2017.

She earned her LLB at the the Faculty of Law ‘’Iustinianus Primus” at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje in 2020 and is currently working on her master thesis in the field of arbitration at the department of International Law and Relations and EU Law at the same university.
